Order processing times
Our orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping times
We ship from our studio located in the Los Angeles, CA. We currently ship only to the United States, with plans to expand to new countries in 2025!

• Orders shipping within the United States will arrive within 3-5 business days.

Shipping costs

• All Order ship free
• For $8 you can upgrade to Priority shipping ( 1-3 day delivery).
  

Returns, cancellations
Full refunds are offered for regular-priced merchandise within 30 days of purchase from retail locations or within 30 days of tracking confirmation of order delivery. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used.

• Items must not be used or damaged.
  
• You must present a valid receipt.

Sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, you may do so up to 3 hours after receiving your order confirmation. Please contact us directly at usabeeswaxco@gmail.com to make these changes. If the order has shipped, items can be returned unused for a full refund.

We provide real-time tracking for all orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and email them to usabeeswaxco@gmail.com. We will provide a return label and ship a replacement order with new products.
